eDIP is a customer-facing insurance platform designed to simplify cover selection, quotation, application, payment verification, claims tracking, and policy issuance for a one-month protection journey.
Platform role
eDIP acts as the digital channel and application platform. The underwriting and insurance risk remains with Sanlam Life Assurance, which is the sole active insurer in this phase.
This ensures customers are clearly informed about the platform role, the insurer relationship, and the process for quotation, approval, payment verification, and policy issuance.

Partnership and disclosure
This platform is designed to support approved Sanlam Life Assurance arrangements. Customer-facing communications are intended to reflect the current approved brand usage and should be updated as formal product and partnership documentation is confirmed.
